Healing Scripture:

Mark 16:17-18

            And these signs will accompany and follow those who believe (those who are believers in Christ) : In my name they will cast out or drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues (that they have not learned); they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all (including any "poison" in their food and water); they will place their hands on or lay their hands on sick people, and the sick people will 'have' or 'have possession' of their 'full' healing, that is they will recover, be healed and get well." (RFAV)

            All "believers" were supposed to "drive out demons". "Driving out demons" or "casting out demons" is Deliverance. Then God "delivers" you from the oppression of the devil (Acts 10:38)which includes healing.

            All believers can also "place their hands on or lay their hands on sick people, and the sick people will 'have' or 'have possession' of their 'full healing'", that is after the Spirit-filled believer (who has tongues) lays their hands on the sick person, the sick person will "have possession of their full healing", which means they will "own" their eventual or progressive healing, but it will always be manifested "fully". (Sometimes it takes time for progressive healing, but each time you are prayed for again and/or each time you thank God again for your healing, you receive more healing.
