Here are some of my favorite healing Scriptures. There are many more in my book, "A Time to Heal"(over 50 pages). I have amplified these using Language helps like Strongs, Vines, Thayers Greek Lexicon, Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon and others. My goal was not to diminish God’s Word in any way, but to bring out more of the rich and full meaning of the original Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic. God’s Word Heals.
Note: Disease is for
something that is infection like cancer, pnemonia, etc., whereas infirmity can
be any lack of soundness, including missing arm or organ, etc.. Healing is
usually progressive, whereas a miracle is instantaneous.
Isaiah 53:3-4
"Surely (Jesus
on the cross and in his whipping) took up our infirmities and griefs and sins
and suffering upon himself to bear our infirmities and griefs and sins and
suffering in our place and he carried away our pains and diseases and sorrows
to remove them far away from us, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten
by him, and afflicted. But he was
pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the
punishment that brought us shalom and peace and healing and completeness was
upon him, and by his wounds and stripes and bruises we are healed (physically,
mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially and in relationships). (Including

1 Peter 2:24
"(Jesus)
himself bore our sins (and infirmities and diseases) in his body on the tree,
so that we might die to sins (and infirmities and diseases) and live for
righteousness and healing; by his wounds
and stripes and bruises you have been healed (and delivered)."(Including
insights done by comparing Isa 53:3-4, Matt 8:16-17 & 1 Peter 2:24 -
Matthew 8:16-17
"When evening came, many who were demonized were brought to (Jesus), and He drove out the spirits with a word (which was GO!) and (that) healed all (who had evil spirits that caused them to be) sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: ‘He bore (on Himself) and took up our infirmities and sicknesses and loosed us of the spirits of infirmity and carried far away our diseases (and pains).’ (Including insights done by comparing Isa 53:3-4, Matt 8:16-17 & 1 Peter 2:24 and see my teaching on kakoos in Greek - Roy Fowler Amplified Version - RFAV)
Psalm 91:1-16
"He who dwells in the secret place and shelter of the Most High will rest and abide in the shadow of the Almighty (Shaddai – the Mountain One). I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge from danger and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’ Surely he will save you from the fowler’s (that is the devil’s) snare or trap and from the deadly pestilence or plague. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge for protection; his faithfulness will be your (large) shield and rampart or shield that surrounds you. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence or plague that stalks in the darkness, nor the destruction or plague that destroys or devastates or causes to waste away at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you make the Most High your dwelling place --even Yahweh, who is my refuge from danger -- then no harm or evil will befall you, no disaster or plague or disease will come near your tent. These angels are lifting me up in their hands and carrying me which also means that they are "exalting" me (in the sense that they are putting God's favor on me or in that sense "honoring" or "exalting" me in the eyes of men" by God's favor and because of the token or proof of God's grace and favor - Luke 14:7-11, Prov 3:34, James 4:6 - Thayers meaning of "charis" including Septuagint), These angels are supporting me, aiding me and assisting me in healing, deliverance and provision which includes sustaining and supernaturally providing for me everything I need in food, drink and shelter (even in the last days) and “lifting me up in their hands and carrying me” also includes that they protect me by physically carrying me in air so I won’t be harmed and can include “carrying me off by wind” (translating), so that I do not strike my foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
‘Because he loves me,’ says Yahweh, ‘I will rescue him; I will protect him and set him securely on high, for he acknowledges and knows my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver and rescue him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation and deliverance and healing and prosperity.’"(Roy Fowler Amplified Version - RFAV)
Psalm 103:1-5
"Praise and bless and worship Yahweh, O my soul; and all that is within me (including all physical and emotional pain. I give them to you Lord.), praise and bless and worship (God’s) holy name. Praise and bless and worship Yahweh, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits-- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit (that is hell) and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth (and vitality) is renewed like the eagle’s."(RFAV) (We need to worship Yahweh by giving him all that is within us including releasing to him all our griefs, sorrows, emotional pain, and bad memories)
John 10:10
"The thief (the devil) comes only in order to steal and kill and
destroy in your life (He is the one who "steals" your health, wholeness, safety,
freedom, good relationships, and the feeling that you are loved and accepted and
affirmed, etc.) . I (Jesus) came that you may have and enjoy life (and not the
"deadness" of seperation from God), and have that life in abundance (to the
full, till it overflows with meaning and purpose and fulfillment and God's love
and blessing and JOY)." (Roy Fowler Amplified Version)
Romans 6:14
"For sin (and death and disease and infirmity) shall not have dominion over you or be your master or lord, because you are not under law, but under grace and favor."(RFAV)
Romans 8:1-2
"Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the sinful nature, but according to the Spirit, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life and healing set me free from the law of sin and death (and disease and infirmity)." (RFAV)
Psalm 23:1-6
"Yahweh Ra-ah, Yahweh is my shepherd- king, I shall not be in want (I will have abundance for every need). He makes me lie down in green pastures (He helps me rest in his abundant provision for every need), He leads me beside quiet waters (He leads me by the peace of Holy Spirit in spite of any trouble), He restores and heals my nephesh, soul, my whole life, spirit, soul and body. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod of discipline and your staff of encouragement, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies (You give me a feast of your anointing and blessing and favor in the presence of those who oppose me). You anoint my head with oil (You anoint my head with the healing oil of the Holy Spirit); my cup overflows (Your blessings and favor to me are so abundant, they flow over to others). Surely goodness and love and mercy (and favor) will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of Yahweh forever ( I will live and fellowship with you my God and Savior and Friend forever)."(RFAV)
Psalm 107:20
"(Yahweh God) sent forth His word and mended and cured and healed them; he rescued and delivered and saved them from the grave and destruction and depression and the pit (that is hell) and the pit-falls of sickness and disease."(RFAV)
Genesis 1:28
"God blessed
them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and
subdue it and have dominion over (the earth and disease and infirmity and
demons). Rule over the fish of the sea
and the birds of the air and over every living creature (including angels and
demons) that moves on the ground."(RFAV
including insights from Heb 1 :14, Matt 10 :7, Matt 18 :18)
The curse of the law
is:
Deuteronomy 28:15,61 "However, if you do not obey Yahweh your God
and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today,
all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: … Yahweh will … bring on you every kind of
"choliy"and infirmity and sickness and disaster (recorded in this Book of the Law
and) not recorded in this Book of the Law, until you are destroyed."(RFAV)
However, Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law so we may be healed:
Galatians 3:13, "Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One of God
redeemed us (who are saved by His blood) from the curse of the law (and every
curse listed in Deuteronomy 28) by becoming a curse for us, for it is written:
‘Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree, that is Cursed is everyone who was
impaled publically as if they were guilty of crimes against a nation).’"(RFAV) Therefore
Jesus redeemed us from every sickness and infirmity.
Deuteronomy 7:9-15
"Know
therefore that Yahweh your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his
covenant of love (and healing) to a thousand generations of those who love him
and keep and obey his commands. But
those who hate him he will repay to their face by destruction; he will not be
slow to repay to their face those who hate him.
Therefore, take care to follow the commands, decrees and laws I give you
today. If you pay attention to, hear,
perceive, understand, receive, and obey these laws and are careful to follow
them, then Yahweh your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore
to your forefathers. He will love you
and bless you in righteousness , life and vitality, prosperity, salvation,
deliverance, victory, divine aid and help, healing and divine health and
increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your
land-- your grain, new wine and oil-- the calves of your herds and the lambs of
your flocks in the land that he swore to your forefathers to give you. You will
be blessed more than any other people; none of your men or women will be
childless, nor any of your livestock without young. Yahweh will take away, remove and keep you
free from every disease. He will not
inflict on you the horrible diseases you knew in
Numbers 21:4-9

John 3:14-15
"Just as Moses lifted up the (bronze) snake in the desert, so the Son of Man (Jesus) must be lifted up (on a cross), that everyone who believes in him may have eternal zoe and absolute fullness of life and vitality and healing ."(RFAV)
John 3:34
"God gives
the Spirit without measure or limit."(RFAV)
(O God thank you that there is no
limit to your Holy Spirit. Please help
me grow in your Holy Spirit until I can heal every disease and infirmity and
drive out every demon.)
Acts 3:16
"By faith in the name of Jesus, Yashua (which means Yahweh is my salvation and healing), this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes by Him and through Him that has given this perfect soundness and complete healing to him, and that healing is manifested as you can all see ." (RFAV)
